These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and WREC JM, LLC ("we", "our", or "us") and govern your access to and use of https://worcestercommunityfridges.com and any related products and services (the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing to a membership, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and at least 18 to make a purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Membership and billing
Worcester Community Fridges memberships are offered on a 30-day free trial basis. After the trial, you will be charged the recurring fee for the plan you selected (currently $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year) unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Memberships renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you choose. We will charge the payment method on file at each renewal until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account page or by emailing info@worcestercommunityfridges.com.
If you cancel before the next renewal, your membership remains active through the end of the current period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods, except as required by law and as set out in our Refund Policy.
Store orders
Prices for store items are listed in US dollars and may change at any time. We do our best to ship orders within one to two business days. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package.
Refunds
Memberships include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Most kitchen items can be returned in unused condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. See the Refund Policy for the full set of rules and exceptions.
Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, scrape, mass-download, redistribute, or commercially exploit the recipes or other content on the Service without our written permission. You also agree not to attempt to disrupt the Service, bypass authentication, or access accounts that are not yours.
Intellectual property
All recipes, photographs, written content, and design elements on the Service are owned by WREC JM, LLC or our licensors and are protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may print or save individual recipes for personal, non-commercial use.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recipes will produce specific results.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will WREC JM, LLC, its affiliates, or their officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Arbitration and class action waiver
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Florida in accordance with its rules. You and we agree that disputes will be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. This section does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in court for intellectual property disputes.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for legitimate business reasons. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by a notice on the site. Your continued use after the changes take effect means you accept them.
