How we hire
Our process is designed to respect your time. The first step is a 30-minute video conversation. The second is a paid take-home assignment that mirrors actual work on our team. The third is two reference conversations and a final round with the broader team. We aim to reach a decision within three weeks.
We do not whiteboard. We do not haze. We do not expect free labor. If you are spending more than four hours on our take-home assignment, please stop and let us know.
