Membership refunds
If you cancel during your 30-day free trial, you owe nothing and no charge is made. If you are charged after the trial and decide the membership is not for you within 30 days of that first charge, contact info@worcestercommunityfridges.com and we will refund the most recent membership charge in full.
For renewals after the first paid period, you may cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellations stop future renewals; we do not provide prorated refunds for the current period unless required by law.
Store returns
Most kitchen items can be returned in unused condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must include their original packaging and any included accessories. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five to seven business days of our receipt of the returned item.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within seven days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our cost, including return shipping.
Exceptions
- Perishables: olive oil, coffee beans, and other consumables cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
- Final-sale items: any item marked "final sale" at the time of purchase is not eligible for return.
- Digital downloads: recipe e-books and other downloadable files are non-refundable once accessed.
- Used items: we cannot accept returns of used cutlery, used cutting boards, or other items showing signs of wear.
How to start a return
Email info@worcestercommunityfridges.com with your order number and the item or items you wish to return. We will respond within one business day with return instructions and a prepaid label when the return qualifies.
Return window
Returns initiated within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund. Returns initiated between 30 and 60 days may be eligible for store credit at our discretion. After 60 days we are unable to process returns.
Refund timing
Refunds are processed within five to seven business days of our receipt of the returned item or our approval of the return. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your statement.
