Method

  1. Saute onion, then mix with spinach, feta, eggs, and dill.
  2. Layer phyllo sheets in a baking dish, brushing each with butter.
  3. Spread filling, top with more phyllo, brushing each layer.
  4. Score the top, bake at 375F for forty-five minutes until golden.
