Method

  1. Combine tomatoes, cucumber, pepper, onion, and olives in a large bowl.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with oregano and salt.
  3. Top with a slab of feta and crack black pepper over the top.
  4. Serve with warm pita and a glass of crisp white wine.
