Method

  1. Whisk all marinade ingredients and coat the beef for at least thirty minutes.
  2. Sear over high heat in a hot pan until deeply caramelized.
  3. Plate over rice and scatter with sliced scallions.
  4. Serve with kimchi and steamed greens on the side.
