Country Fried Steak
Tenderized cube steak fried golden, smothered in a peppery cream gravy.

Method
- Dredge each steak in flour, then egg-milk wash, then flour again.
- Pan-fry until deeply golden, about three minutes per side.
- In the same pan, whisk butter and flour, then milk, into a thick gravy.
- Spoon gravy over the steaks and serve with mashed potatoes.
