Method
- Soak husks in hot water until pliable.
- Whip lard, then beat in masa, broth, salt, and baking powder until light.
- Spread masa on a husk, top with pork and sauce, fold and tie.
- Steam upright for ninety minutes until the masa pulls away cleanly.
